One of my favorite phrases ever since I was a kid, has been 'Hakuna Matata'. Not only for what it means, but for the beautiful memories it brings from my childhood. I watched this movie with my mom and brother, and my mom loved it so much, that she would play the soundtrack every time she got the chance. You can only imagine which of the songs stuck more in my head, haha. Needless to say, the film had some beautiful messages about family, and stunning images that have always been close to my heart. No wonder why it was also the favorite Disney film of many of my friends. Now as adults, when we heard about the remake as a 'live-action' version of the film, we were beyond thrilled to see our favorite characters, the way they would have look in real life. Many of my friends were very excited to share their personal experience from when they were kids, with their own kids. These are the kind of feelings that you can't really explain with words, but strongly leaves you marked with joy and happiness.
You really gotta hand it to Disney, to bring images from our imaginations into stories that give you the sense that dreams can becoming a reality. Are you a big fan of Disney's The Lion King? Well guess what? You can also sing Hakuna Matata and all the wonderful songs of this film, right at home, while watching your favorite characters come to life, this October. Keep on reading for more information on the release, and bring home the magic of Disney's The Lion King.
