There are so many reasons why I've always found myself filled with joy, regarding the Toy Story franchise. You see, when the first film came out, I was able to watch it with one of my best friends. We had such a great time, that whenever there was anything in relation to the characters, and films thereafter, I just had the best of memories. I was a teenager back then, and it is a wonderful feeling, when we get to see the characters we grew up with, in new and exciting adventures, such as in the newest Disney•Pixar's Toy Story 4. That is why, I was beyond giddy to celebrate the release of the film for home entertainment, with a fun movie night, perfect to make our inner child very happy. Want to find out how our movie night went? I invite you to keep on reading to find out.

For the purpose of our awesome movie night, we received a very cool themed package in the mail, with goodies from Toy Story 4, courtesy of Allied Contigo and Disney•Pixar. I know I sound like a recorder every time, but I just can't help feeling like Christmas, whenever our movie night kits arrive.

Some goodies inside, included: A pretend RV Tent, with all of our favorite characters from the movie. A Bo Peep throw blanket, perfect to get cozy, considering the weather is getting colder. Our very own copy of the film in Blu-ray, DVD, and digital, as shown in the picture below.

We also received an interesting Carnival activity play-set. I was very happy to see the many ways we could play with it.

One of the most important things about movie night, is the food. Movie night is not the same, without some goodies to snack on, and enjoy while watching the film. In this case, our movie kit included some favorites of any child (and those very connected with their inner child as well). Some of these items, where: Goldfish themed snacks, and themed gummies. Some really cool stickers, themed cups, plates, napkins and fun masks to get into character, if you know what I mean, haha. Yup, you know that's the first thing I'm going to go for. Now the question is, can you guess what character I chose? I guess we'll find out further on.

I was very curious about the RV tent. I can honestly say, it was super easy to put together. I just gave the instructions a quick look, and voalá: It was ready to be used.

Hey, how did 'Ducky' get there so quickly? I guess he's ready for an adventure, and excited to have a new home with us. Ain't he cute?

Boy was I ready to play with the carnival play-set. It was colorful, and looked like a lot of fun, so I assembled it as quickly as I could.

I must say that I really liked the graphics in this play-set. The only downside I saw to it, is that we live in a very windy place, so not that great to play outdoors. However, the snow is going to get here in a couple of days, so this play-set will be perfect to play indoors. I can already see all the fun we are going to have.

The play-set includes three sacks that have chalk matching the color of the sack. That way, each player can keep track of their points depending on the target they hit. The sacks leave a light mark with the colored chalk, so that you know exactly what your target was.

The back of the package, has the many ways you can have fun with this carnival themed play-set, which is great, because it gives you more than one way to enjoy it, just as you would in a carnival.

I think that my favorite way, is to try to aim in the middle to get the 50 points. There was a game like this, that I used to play as a kid, so this play-set brought a lot of great memories of my childhood, plus I get to share those with the family, as we challenge each other.

I don't know if I can say that "playtime" was over, as we got ready to watch the actual film. You know me, I can't help myself in being a little silly. But here I believe 'Ducky' was trying to be somewhat silly too, by photo-bombing my shot. Sure enough, we were getting hungry, so it was time to ready the food. We kept it simple this time, because we just wanted to watch the movie already.

The 'goldfish' themed snacks, had some treats in the shape of Woody and others in the shape of Buzz. How cool is that?

Can you recognize the characters in shape of gummies? Woody is in the orange one, Forky is the lime green one, Buzz is the purple, and Bo Peep is the blue one. Now, I can't really tell which character is the pink/red one, but if you can identify it, please leave your answer in a comment below. I'd love to find out whom it is, before it get's eaten, haha.

This was truly a themed celebration. I loved seeing all our favorite characters from the film in all the items. From the plates, to the cups, the snacks, and so on.

And 'Ducky', well, he just kept on showing up in different pictures. I'm starting to get the feeling that he wants to be my toy. I guess he's so cozy, that I wouldn't mind at all. But first, food! Since we were going to be enjoying a lot of sugary snacks, we had to eat something healthy first. Thus, we had a yummy cucumber, onion, and tomato salad. One of my favorites in fact.

And now, that we had eaten our greens and veggies, we could go back to spoiling our inner child with treats and desert. I voted for chocolate ice-cream. When I was a kid, my grandfather would take us to the ice-cream shop, and buy us an ice-cream cone. It is one of my favorite childhood memories. That is why, I wanted to treat ourselves with ice-cream for this celebration. Because you are never too old to allow yourself feel as happy as you were, when a kid.

It was then time to hit play, and enjoy the show!

I can honestly say, that Disney•Pixar Toy Story 4, has all the magic that you can expect from the franchise and more. It was hilarious at times, fun in others, a little sad, because it has to have that touching moment, but also full of the wonder that memories from our childhoods bring. When I was a little girl, my mother used to tell me that I had to be kind to my toys, and take care of them, because they have feelings. That when I went to sleep, or I wasn't around, they came to life and played amongst themselves. That's why, when Toy Story happened, I felt particularly connected with that concept from the film, because I grew up believing this was true. This always made the magic of Toy Story extra special to me. As an adult, I still collect some antique toys and some from my childhood out of nostalgia. Thus, this clicked with me in parts of this film and previous ones. Mostly when there are classic toys being featured, or you see a vintage toy making a special appearance. I can't say much about the film in particular, without spoiling it a bit, and I really don't want to, because it's a beautiful story, and I really want you to be as amazed and happy when you see it for the first, second, and as many times as you do. So if you haven't seen Disney•Pixar Toy Story 4, it is already available for home entertainment in all formats, so; what are you waiting for? If you love the memories that toys have brought into your life, this film is a wonderful addition to your movie collection, and I can almost guarantee that the whole family will enjoy it too.

So without further ado, let me make you smile a little with my image below, because life should be built out of happy moments. Just remember that when you smile, it's contagious, and you should keep on spreading that with everyone around you: It's beautiful. Just like you, me, and yes, even Forky.
