•  Reviewed and featured items should be full size, so that they can be accurately reviewed and displayed in photos.
• A review or a featured post may take 2-5 weeks to be published, it varies depending on the products. Some products may require more than a week to try out in order for us to provide our honest opinion. If you need a review sooner, please address a time-frame during communications to let me know.
  Shout-outs or Promos that are exclusively through social media, may be posted within a few days, to a week. Number of social media mentions may vary upon agreement, and will not consist of more than a few sentences. Your company/services may be tagged in those posts, and/or participating hashtags may be included in such posts as well.
• The review or feature published will be 100% our honest opinion. We encourage readers to read several reviews in addition to ours, in order for them to make an informed decision regarding the product or service featured or reviewed. Though we reserve the right to post reviews on products that do not work for us at any time, when we write a review, we like to make suggestions about improvements of the product or service, only if we see an area for improvement.
• The review post will have photos and may include video too, depending on the type of product, and at our sole discretion. We will keep all products we receive either for reviews or for featuring purposes, as compensation for our time invested in featuring the item, and/or the work in reviewing the product/service.
• As social media influencers, we believe in word-of-mouth marketing, and as such, we share our posts through social media via: pinterest, twitter, instagram, blogloving, and facebook. However, keep in mind that our social media home will mainly be instagram, as it is one of the fastest growing social media venues as of recent years.
• After the review is published, we will get back to you with a link to the post.
• After the review, the product will become property of “Just Happiling™”, meaning that the product will not be returned to you (the company, organization, etc). Consider that the products that we keep will have continuous publicity, at our discretion, whenever we share photos of our every day life, while we use your products/services.
• We only review and feature family friendly products/services.
• Because our family and lifestyle demands are GMO-free oriented, we reserve the right not to review a product that contains any suspected or known GMO or harmful ingredients/materials. These includes and are not limited to other known harmful ingredients such as: aspartame, sucralose, artificial flavors and/or colors, known or suspected GMO crops, etc. We try very hard to avoid using or consuming food, drinks, or beauty products containing the above mentioned.
• Because of the above said, we highly embrace and support promoting organic and certified organic products.
• We expect that the product we will be receiving for review/feature will be in good shape. If it arrives damaged, or different color,size, quantity, or the item itself, etc, we will reserve the right to write any review. If this is the case, you can make arrangements to send the correct item or a new one if damaged.
• Review posts will stay active in this blog for 3 months, after that, the review may be removed at our discretion, unless agreed upon, or we see it fit to leave the review for longer in our blogs, and/or social media accounts.We reserve the right not to post anything that may violate user's terms and conditions on social media.
• We will reserve the right not to publish a review or feature if the terms stated above are not met; no exceptions.
• We disclose reviews that we write to avoid any problems or misleading information.

Information included in our product/service reviews:

• Name of your company
• Name of the product/service
• Links to your website/product site, facebook, twitter or any social media links of your choosing, as long as it does not lead our readers to harms-way nor to non-related links or websites.
• Our reviews may contain, but are not limited to the following sections: Physical description of the product, stated company information/background history, the use and practicality of the product/service, Likes, Dislikes/Suggestions/Area for improvements, and our over-all honest opinion or experience with it.
• Product photos (Video content will be to our discretion, and chosen to be made depending on the type of product reviewed. Commonly, videos posted on a review are of the unboxing of the item and first glance of the item, for example if it is a collectible item.)
• An additional review in Spanish will only be published upon arrangement and may have a fee, please contact us via email for more information.
• Disclosures on the review if applicable. I abide by FTC guidelines.
• We may share additional information on a particular event or a limited time offer based upon previous agreement.

Sponsoring Giveaways

• We love hosting giveaways, and you are more than welcomed to sponsor a giveaway through "Just Happiling™". To start, let me tell you that if you are considering this option, you rock!
• It is important to let us know that this is of your interest before I publish either a review or just the giveaway, so arrangements can be made.
• Giveaways will run through GT tools or similar electronic means and winners will be chosen at random.
• It will be the sponsor's sole responsibility to ship the prize to the winner's choice of address. 
  

  Just Happiling™ will only be responsible for hosting the giveaway event, and for sharing the opportunity to win by encouraging followers to participate, promoting the giveaway through social media at our sole discretion. We will choose a random winner among those who entered throughout the participating period. And once a winner has been chosen, we will act in the capacity of intermediates regarding the communications between the winner and sponsor with the purpose of prize fulfillment.
• It will be up to the participant to choose which options of entry they prefer when entering a giveaway. There will always be a "Free Entry" option in our giveaway events. We do not encourage purchase of any kind in order to gain extra entries to the giveaways we host.
• The official entry to the giveaway should be free. I will not run a giveaway that requires the participant to purchase something or pay for an entry. The only requirements for entries will be simple online tasks(Social Media likes, follows, visiting the sponsor's website, and/or an affiliate link (optional); always giving the participant the choice to do the task to claim an entry or not, and according to the Giveaway tools rules, which are subject to change.).
• Facebook likes (will be optional), instagram and twitter follows will have a limited number, as both social media venues block users' preferences if they abuse these features, and also applies according to the Giveaway tools rules of use. This last rule also applies to tagging friends.
• Prize fulfillment is the sponsor's sole responsibility. Prizes should be shipped accordingly and in a timely manner. It is important for the winner to receive the exact prize unless stated otherwise. Note for participants: By entering any of our giveaway events, you agree to the rules, and release "Just Happiling™" and the members of our team from any liability.

However, we will do our best to continue communication with the sponsor to fix any problem, if that were the case. If the problem isn't resolved, we reserve the right to stop future collaborations such the sponsors.
